MILLENNIUM GAS TURBINE POWER PLANT
The 100MW Millennium Gas Turbine Power Plant (MGTPP) is located in Navotas Fish Port Complex, Navotas City within the Load Center of Luzon Grid. A Fast-Start diesel-fired Gas Turbine power plant capable of a frequent Start-Stop operation. As a Merchant Plant, MGTPP can offer energy in the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM).
MGTPP is capable of providing ancillary services such as regulating reserve service, contingency reserve service, dispatchable reserve service and reactive power support.
BATAAN COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT
The 540MW Bataan Combined Cycle Power Plant (BCCPP) is owned and operated by Panasia Enegry Inc. (PEI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Millennium Energy Inc. (MEI) located in Brgy. Luz, Limay, Bataan. BCCPP is a Fast-Start oil-fired peaking power plant composed of Two (2) identical Blocks A & B. Each block consists of Two (2) major components: Three (3) units Gast Turbines and One (1) unit Steam Turbine. Each Gas Turbine has a rated capacity of 60 MW operating as Simple Cycle and the Steam Turbine rated at 90 MW operates as Combined Cycle. As a Merchant Plant, BCCPP offers energy to the Wholesale Electricity Spot Market (WESM).
BCCPP is certified by NGCP to provide ancillary services such as regulating reserve service, contingency reserve service, dispatchable reserve service, reactive power support and is also capable to provide black start support.
